Stephanie Arnold works with communities, sectors, and governments to address climate, environmental, and social challenges. She focuses on building accountability in adaptation and bringing diverse perspectives together. With a background in Chemical Engineering and an MBA, Stephanie is currently pursuing her PhD while centering her work on community-building and systems change.
Stéphane Blanchard is the Director General of RDÉE Île-du-Prince-Édouard, where he supports the economic development of the Island's Acadian and Francophone community. He has a long history with the organization, having previously managed its sustainable development sector and youth leadership programs. Stéphane's work involves extensive engagement with provincial and national committees, reflecting his deep commitment to community development.

Jane Farquharson is a community leader with a strong background in public health advocacy, having formerly served as the Executive Director of the Canadian Cancer Society's P.E.I. division. In her previous role, she was a prominent voice for environmental health, notably advocating for a province-wide ban on cosmetic pesticides. Her experience connects public well-being directly with environmental policy.
Carl Nicholson is a well-known PEI business leader, serving as the General Manager of New Glasgow Lobster Suppers and past president of the P.E.I. Restaurant Association. He is a seasoned executive with deep roots in the community, also recognized for his long-term service with the fire department. Carl brings decades of local business and community leadership experience to the team.
Jeffrey Peters is a lifelong resident of North Rustico, and is an active member of the North Rustico Lions Club. He serves as the liasion for this organization on the NSCAR team, where he brings his passion for community.
Dr. Celine Pinsent is a North Rustico resident and a specialist in evaluation and measurement. She holds a doctorate in clinical psychology and works with public sector organizations and communities across Canada to help them understand their strengths and develop solutions. A member of NSCAR, Celine brings expertise in program evaluation and community-based problem-solving.
Mary Jane Ready is a lifelong PEI resident and dedicated educator who spent her entire career in the province's public education system. She served as a teacher for 20 years before becoming the principal of Gulf Shore School, a role she held until her retirement in 2018. Her deep experience in school leadership and community engagement is invaluable to the team's youth-focused initiatives.
Ryan Simpson is an active community leader in the North Shore area, serving as an elected councillor for the Resort Municipality. In his public role, he is involved in local governance and decision-making that directly impacts the region's communities and environment.
Brad Trivers is the MLA for Rustico-Emerald and has a long-standing record of public service, notably as a former provincial Minister of Environment, Water and Climate Change. He also served as the Minister of Education and Lifelong Learning, giving him a unique perspective on both the environmental and youth engagement missions of NSCAR. Brad has a background in science and business and is an active member of the North Rustico community.
